With versatility and durability in spades, the Sjobergs Scandi Plus workbenches are perfectly suited for the demanding work of professional woodworkers and serious craftsmen. For strength, the tops are constructed with full-length laminations of knot-free European beech, without any ugly splices. With a thickness of 1-1/2'' in the center, and a skirt of 4-5/16'', the top is extremely strong. Solid beech is also used in the preassembled trestle frames. The bench has two double rows of 3/4'' dog holes working from both the front and tail vises, as well as dog holes in the trestle legs for a wide variety of clamping options. Includes four unbreakable bench dogs with side springs to ensure that they stay at the desired height. The dogs automatically adjust to non-parallel workpieces. Made in Sweden, Sjobergs Scandi Plus workbenches are built to provide a lifetime of hard use and enjoyment. Tops are extremely strong—1-1/2'' thick in the middle, and 4-1/4'' around the edgeVises have a 4-1/2'' opening capacityDouble rows of bench dog holes extend from both vise locationsTrestle is also pre-drilled with dog holesIncluded cabinet with doors and drawers offers convenient tool storage and added mass, which further eliminates vibrationIncludes four 3/4'' round plastic/glass fiber bench dogs
By moving the primary handle to the rear of the tool, Triton's engineers have created a belt sander that can be turned upside down for use as a stationary sander. The included clamps slip into a pair of openings in the housing, firmly holding the sander to the bench. This is an ideal feature for sanding small or delicate parts. The front bail handle can also be pivoted out of the way for this purpose, or pivoted vertically so you can get the nose up close to a wall when sanding wood floors, for example. One side of the sander is also flush with the belt for the ability to sand directly up against a wall. The powerful 10A motor with variable speed control promises rapid stock removal and the ability to tailor the tool to your task. Small diameter front roller improves sanding in confined areas and detail work. Side dust port connects to included dust bag or vacuum system. Improves on the original with 360° of swivel action, allowing you to spray all sides of your door without having to walk around or lift it off the rod to rotate it. Just grip the black section of the arm and give it a twist. Since you always spray from the same point, you'll be able to spot flaws easily without readjusting your lighting. The larger hook fits perfectly around standard 3/4" ID pipe, which makes a handy, stable hanging rod. Expandable cam-action plug fits into any 35mm hinge hole and secures by simply pivoting the arm 90°.Simply insert the 35mm cam-action locking plug into the door's hinge cup hole. To lock the plug in place, just rotate the pivoting arm so it's parallel to the door face. You can even easily adjust the plug for varying tolerances in 35mm bits using an Allen wrench (not included).Finish all sides at once - no need to wait and flip.A perfect application - no fingerprints or dents from nail-boards.With good air circulation on all sides of the door, your finish will dry faster.35mm plug adjusts to accommodate varying tolerances in 35mm bits.Fits shallow 9mm deep cup holes and standard 13mm deep cup holes.Works with standard 3/4" ID pipe - the same stuff used in pipe clamps.Opening in hook is approximately 1-1/16" wide.Overall length is approximately 8-5/8" in closed position.Sold individually.Patent Pending.
This Armor Auto-Adjust inline toggle clamp automatically adjusts for different sizes of material within a range of 3/4'', with a clamping force of up to 550 pounds. This eliminates the need to readjust the clamp when changing to stock that is slightly larger or smaller. The threaded post allows additional adjustment range when needed. Clamping force is easily adjustable-simply rotate the adjustment screw to increase or decrease the pressure. Once set, it stays the same for all workpiece sizes-just set it and forget it. The inline orientation is ideal for holding items against a fence while they are being machined. The clamp has a low-profile, horizontally oriented baseplate for easy mounting and minimal obstruction of your work. Auto-Adjust: Armor's Auto-Adjust technology automatically adjusts to variations in workpiece dimensions while maintaining consistent clamping pressureAdjustable Clamping Pressure: The integrated adjustment screw is used to create a wide range of clamping pressures. Rotate the screw clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase the clamping forceStrong, Lightweight: Auto Clamps are constructed of ZAMAK Zinc alloy, which allows for an incredibly strong, lightweight toolOne-Handed Operation: Armor's Auto-Pro AutoClamps are designed for one-handed operation, a huge advantage over the competitionHorizontal Base Plate: Horizontal plate features adjustable mounting holes on the base plate to accommodate most standard toggle mounting patternsLarge Soft-Grip Handle: Features soft insets for maximum grip and comfort
