East Indian Rosewood has graced the curving sides of countless guitars with its rich dark tone and gorgeous striped figure. Its high resin content allows you toattain a fine polish. All boards are machined S4S, and are planed to 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" thicknesses, relieving your planer of excess work. As with most Pennsylvania Dutch designs, this chair is quite sturdy. The splayed legs lend it a wide stance, and the key or wedge tenoned back provides a strong support.
