Build a ladder for easy access to the highest shelves in your garage or workshop! Our Utility Ladder Hardware Kit features a locking roller system that captures the top rail, resulting in a ladder that rolls smoothly and quietly to wherever it is needed. The bottom legs of the ladder are fitted with rubber pads that grip the floor for stability. To move the ladder, you simply lift it slightly and roll it along the rail to the location you want. The locking wheel assembly rides along the top rail, guiding the ladder as it's re-positioned. Once you've retrieved what you need, you can push the ladder up against the wall or cabinet, and out of the way. You can purchase as many tracks as you need to span a wall, or have multiple tracks on several walls with a single ladder that is moved from track to track. The basic hardware kit makes an 8' ladder with seven steps, and additional steps can be purchased to make a taller ladder. To make constructing your ladder as fast and easy as possible, we also offer pre-machined oak Wood Kits as an accessory - just sand, finish and assemble.Use our Ladder Design Wizard to customize your own ladder system to your application and preference. After selecting your options and features, you will obtain a Bill of Materials that is your guide for ordering.
Nexabond Wood Adhesive combines the quick bonding and short clamping times of cyanoacrylate glue with longer open times. This makes it easier to assemble furniture and cabinetry projects without having to race against the clock, yet the glue cures in only one hour. Nexabond has a thicker consistency than CA glue, eliminating runs and drips. Unlike most wood glues, Nexabond contains no solvents — not even water — so the wood won't swell. That means you can sand immediately after curing without worrying about sunken joint lines due to shrinkage. Nexabond is ideal for joinery applications, and bonds to many other materials besides wood. It is available in two open times: Short (1-3 minutes) and Medium (3-5 minutes). Woodworkers have used CA glue for years, but its extremely short open time and runny consistency have always limited its usefulness to certain areas, mostly turning. Enter Nexabond 2500, which lengthens the working time of the glue, yet bonds extremely quickly so you spend less time waiting for glue to dry, and more time working with wood.Winner of the 2013 Visionary Award from the Association of Woodworking and Furnishings Suppliers (AWFS).Forms a glue bond stronger than the wood itself.Sets in only minutes, cures in 1 hour!Bonds reach full strength after 8 hours in most subtrates.Generous open time gives you more time to work.Thick consistency won't run or drip.No activator required.Nexabond 2500 is ideal for joinery applications such as dowels, mortise and tenons, biscuits, dovetails and box joints. In addition to wood on wood joints, Nexabond bonds other materials to wood, such as metal, ceramic, glass, foam, leather, paper, composites, plastics and more.No water means no swelling and subsequent shrinkage.Unlike with water-based glues, you can sand or machine immediately after curing without worrying about joint lines becoming visible when the water evaporates and the joint line shrinks.Because Nexabond contains no water, it is also an excellent adhesive for joining extremely oily woods.Tight joints are important, since the parts won't swell as they do with waterbased glues.Accepts most stains and finishes.
This stain features the low-odor and easy cleanup of water-based stains, while emulating the easy spreading, blending, repairability and generous open times of oil-based stains. The blend of high-quality dyes and pigments provides rich, even color, and the heavier bodied formula allows controlled penetration, reducing blotching on hard-to-stain woods such as Aspen, Pine and Maple. Non-flammable and free of harsh chemicals and toxic vapors. Ideal for use with children's toys and furniture.Apply liberally with a foam brush or a paint pad applicator.Dry time is normally 1-2 hours under ideal conditions (70°F, 70% humidity).Cooler temperatures/higher humidity will prolong dry time up to 8-10 hours. If necessary, thin with 10-20% water.Coverage: 150 sq. ft. per quart.Note: Simply mix 10% to 15% (3-5 fl. oz. per qt.) of EF Extender with any water base stain or finish and mix well.
For use with the TrueCoat Pro Fine Finish Sprayer only (44853, sold separately). Graco Fine Finish tips are a uniquely designed tip and guard combination that is optimized for use with the TrueCoat Pro Fine Finish sprayer. Their pre-orifice tips provide finer atomization, resulting in a better finish. RAC tips have two positions: when the lever is pointed forward, the tip is in the spray position, when pointed backwards, it is in the unclog position. TrueCoat Fine Finish Tips are available in a variety of sizes and fan widths, covering all of your fine finish needs. Use with all fine finish materials including "hot" solvents.Technical Details:For use with the TrueCoat Pro Fine Finish Sprayer only (44853, sold separately).Reversible design makes it easy to clear clogs.308 tip is for thin stains, has a 6" fan width, and a 0.008" orifice.310 tip is for medium lacquers and clear finishes, has a 10" fan width, and a 0.010" orifice.412 tip is for heavy enamels, has an 8" fan width, and a 0.012" orifice. To determine the width of the spray pattern for any given Graco tip, multiply the first digit of the tip # by 2. So the 515 tip will have a 10" fan width when sprayed 12" from the surface. The 308 tip will have a 6" fan width. The 2nd and 3rd digits of the tip # represent the size of the orifice in thousandths of an inch. So the 515 tip has a 0.015" orifice. The 308 tip has a 0.008" orifice. With use, paint sprayer tips will gradually wear out, and you will see the fan pattern become narrower. Replace worn tips when fan width is reduced by 25% to minimize material waste and maintain an even spray pattern.
