The AutoRoute series of CNC machines from Axiom offers advanced features usually found only on machines in industrial environments, but at consumer-friendly prices. The AutoRoute 4 Basic is the least expensive model, with XYZ travel of 24'' x 24'' x 6'', and a universal router mount that accepts a wide variety of commonly available woodworking routers (see below). A computer need not be attached to the CNC to operate it. Instead, simply transfer your file to the included handheld controller via USB. The RichAuto A11 controller is an easy-to-use, robust controller with nearly a decade of proven results in demanding applications. It is more stable than a PC, and no updates are required. Every Axiom AutoRoute CNC machine also offers precision ball screws, prismatic guides, robust, rigid steel frames, and interlocking aluminum tables. In addition, the integrated MDF spoil boards promise exacting precision, as they can be milled flat for true perpendicularity with the spindle. Whether you're looking to upgrade your entry-level CNC, or you just want to start out with a machine that promises top-quality results and ease of use, you're sure to be pleased with the AutoRoute series from Axiom. This is a replacement silicone mat for the BE3030 and BE2015 Click-N-Carve CNC Carving Machines. The mat measures 5-1/2" x 7-1/2", the ideal size for securely holding wood, as well as ABS plastic and acrylic carvings sheets.Technical Details:Silicone mat measures 5-1/2" x 7-1/2".Protects the surfaces of your project.Silicone material dampens vibrations.
Rigidity is a key requirement to ensure accuracy when machining parts on your CNC machine, and this stand more than meets that requirement. Built from heavy, thick-walled square tubing, and held together with sturdy bolts, it resists vibration and deflection like no other. The included heavy-duty casters make it easy to roll across your shop, while adjustable leveling feet ensure stability and a level surface. It even includes a shelf to keep your controller safe and easily accessible. Cut3D is a dedicated toolpath engine for CNC machining 3D models that have been designed using a 3D CAD or Graphics design product such as AutoCAD, Rhino3D, 3D Studio etc. or scanned using a laser or touch probe device. Cut3D's exceptionally easy-to-use ''wizard'' interface leads you step-by-step through the process of loading a model, setting the size, interactively placing tabs to hold the job in place, calculating single-, double- or four-sided roughing and finishing toolpaths, previewing the results and finally saving the CNC code to run on your machine. It is a great solution for cutting 3D on your CNC if you do not require Aspire’s modeling and layout tools. Cut3D can also be used with Cut2D or VCarve Pro, to combine 3D with 2D or 2.5D toolpaths. 3D Models that are too large or thick to machine because of gantry height, cutter length or limited material thickness can be 'Sliced' into separate pieces. Each slice can then be machined and the complete job assembled. Cut3D includes powerful import filters that work with most of the industry standard mesh file formats. 3D CAD and Graphics Design software packages will typically include standard options for saving 3D models in at least one of the file formats supported by Cut3D. The commonly used design software products are: Rhino3D3D StudioAutoCADBobcadProEngineerSolid WorksSolidEdgeSilo The internet is a very useful source for 3D models with many web sites offering 3D clipart pieces. Many of these also offer Free models that can be used to test whether they work with Cut3D.
