This new PM2700 Shaper offers more features to you than any other shaper in the same class. The extra large 30" x 40" precision ground cast iron table includes a heavy duty miter gauge with an aluminum extruded support. The built-in, omni-directional caster system (patent pending) is retractable into the base. A quick-release lever allows fast speed and belt changes. The extruded aluminum fence has several T-slots so you can mount a wood face to create a no-clearance surface around any shaper or router bit. The fence also gives you the ability to quickly move the fence close to its final position, lock it in and then use the precision micro adjustments on each side of the cutter to dial in exactly the position you need. Adding to the precision of this machine is a digital readout for the spindle height. This allows making adjustments to within .001" in the spindle height, which is critical when aligning rail and stile cutters for those raised panel doors.Integrated caster system built into the cast iron base for instant shop mobilitySpindle height digital readout for making fine incremental adjustments on multiple passesHeavy duty 30" x 40" precision ground tabletop for smooth stock feedingConvenient quick lock belt tensioning for easy speed adjustmentIndustrial fence system with fine adjust dials for more precise positioning5HP totally enclosed motor offers plenty of powerTwo spindle speeds (reversible) for a variety of workSuperior clear cutter guard promotes safety, allows observation of the entire cutTable predrilled and tapped for feeder mounting in two locationsFence has dual featherboards for work holdingDual 4" ports for attachment to dust collection systemStandard Equipment:3/4" and 1-1/4" interchangeable spindle colletsSpindle height digital readoutFeatherboard hold downsDeluxe miter gaugeIntegrated caster system
Based on a miniature Roman ogee design, this profile can be used in successive cuts, then ripped down for astragals, in series for decorative fluting patterns, or in single cuts for a flat bottom trench with profiled sides. 3/4" diameter with a sturdy, vibration-free 1/2" shank.
Each guide bar is composed of two interlocking plastic bars that adjust laterally to the exact width of your miter slot to stabilize your jigs. Guide bars are easily calibrated from the top of jigs and fixtures and are easy to retrofit. Includes two guide bars, two ZeroPlay stops and assembly hardware as well as plans to build a table saw crosscutting jig with off cut deflector, jointing fence alignment jig for the router table, and hold-down clamps made from scrap materials.
The CNC Shark Touch Probe attaches to the router in any CNC Shark Routing System to trace objects down to 0.001" detail allowing the user to import image data for replicating objects, shapes and patterns. Simply program the Shark to operate at the same detail level as the Touch Probe scan to reproduce the object later. Works well for replicating basic shapes for carvings or reproducing damaged areas on antiques or other irreplaceable items. Requires Cut 3D Software or similar software to be used with the CNC Shark models. Made in the USA. NOTE: To avoid accidents or injury, always be sure to unplug the router prior to attaching the Touch Probe. Touch Probe is compatible with the following machines: CNC Shark Routing System CNC Shark Pro Plus Routing System CNC Shark HD 2.0 Routing System The probe does not work with the 54111 CNC PiranhaIntroducing CNCSharkTalk.com, a new website presented by Rockler where CNC Shark users can chat together, watch how-to videos, ask questions, learn from each other and even show off their CNC Shark projects.
