Well-made T-slot bolts can make the difference between a jig that is a pleasure to use, and one that is downright frustrating. These T-bolts have smooth, clean threads for spin-on, spin-off ease when making adjustments to your woodworking jigs and fixtures. They have a smooth finish and rounded corners that make it easy to slide your T-slot stops to the mark without binding. Use them with our aluminum T-tracks or machine your own wooden T-tracks with our T-slot Router Bit (Rockler #26099). Intricate solid wood inlays with delicate geometric patterns. Great for adding a decorative touch to jewelry boxes, table tops, picture frames and more. Inlay bandings are easy to apply. Simply rout out a groove with a straight router bit, glue in the banding, sand lightly, and seal. Note: Dimensions are nominal and should be measured before routing the recess for installation.
Woodworkers who prefer to use their routers mounted in a table will love the Leigh RTJ400. Unlike traditional dovetail jigs, the RTJ400 slides along the top of your router table, encouraging a comfortable upright posture, and eliminating the need to balance your router on the top of a narrow jig. It provides fast, accurate routing of through dovetails, half-blind dovetails and box joints. Like other Leigh jigs, the template for the RTJ400 is precision CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum. Perfect joint fit is guaranteed and repeatable with the patented Leigh elliptical guide bushing. NOTE:Operation requires a 1-3/8'' Porter-Cable style insert ring to fit the Leigh eBush to your router table or router plate. Lets you create 5 sizes of through dovetails, 4 sizes of half-pitch through dovetails, 3 sizes of single pass half-blind dovetails, and 4 sizes of box joints (finger joints)Also capable of routing angled dovetails and end-on-end dovetails (splices), both straight and angledMakes precise joinery easy-just center the board on the template and guide the jig across the router table to rout the jointsOne template makes all three types of joineryIncludes clearly illustrated, step-by-step user guide and a DVD with helpful how-to videos
This chamfer bit can be used to apply a beveled edge to cabinetry and furniture elements, or to chamfer the edge joints for multi-sided objects. With a 15 degree angle, it's perfectly suited for 12-sided barrels or columns, and you can also use it to build segmented turning blanks.
