Whether it's face frames, long runs or full production, the SLR12 Straight Line Rip Saw has every job covered. Powered by a 15HP main motor, this saw has the capacity for virtually any job. The 12" main blade mounts on a high alloy, heat treated arbor that is precision ground and dynamically balanced for maximum stability and long durability. The caterpillar feed chain blocks are constructed of special grade cast iron that is heat treated and precision machined. The track travels on hardened "V" way guides insuring rigidity and accuracy. A full brush cleaning system with auto-oiler and shut-off gives the conveyor a long service life. All of this is driven by a 2HP feed motor with variable speed to perfectly match the feed rates with your production and finish requirements. A series of seven stock hold downs keep each work piece flat and straight throughout the cutting cycle. Dual anti-kickback devices help prevent discharge of work pieces. The heavy-duty precision rip fence travels on a solid steel guide rail and is micro-adjustable for fast, accurate set up. Controls for rip width, cutting depth, main and feed motors are all mounted up front for fast job changes. The large cast iron table surface supports any size stock and the efficient dust collection port insures a clean work area. From the kiln or cutting glue line, get your production up and running today with the SLR12 from POWERMATIC.Full cast iron construction for rock-solid operation15HP Main Motor, 2HP Feed Motor for large production capacityAuto-oiler with shut off ensures long conveyor chain lifeSeven pressure rollers with dual anti-kickback devices help prevent stock dischargeVariable feed speeds to accomodate different type stockLarge 18" rip and 3-3/8" depth of cut capacities for virtually any jobAdjustable position control box for operator convenienceSpecifications:Anti-Kickback Devices:2Arbor Diameter (in.):1Blade Diameter (in.):12Blade Speed (RPM):4500Brand:PowermaticDust Collection Minimum CFM Required:600Dust Port Diameter (OD/in.):4Electric Controls - Magnetic Starter:24V MagneticFeed Motor HP:2HPFeed Motor Phase:3PHFeed Motor Volt:230/460V (pre-wired 230V; 460V requires additional mag. switch purchase)Feed Speed (FPM):30-125 variableHeight:62inchLength:41inchMaximum Depth of Cut (in.):4Maximum Ripping Width (in.):18Model Number:SLR12Motor HP:15HPMotor Phase:3PhMotor Voltage:230/460VNet Weight:2090poundOverall Dimensions:62 x 56 x 41Part Number:1791285Pressure Rollers:7Prewired:Prewired 230VShip Weight:2530poundShipping Dimensions (LxWxH/in.):62 x 66 x 45Table Height (in.):32Table Size (in.):35 x 55Width:56inch

T-tracks are renowned for their adjustability, and Bench Cookies for their versatility - now this simple kit allows you to combine the two for the ultimate in both! T-Track Risers slide conveniently into your T-track to provide a set of four elevated posts for your Bench Cookie Plus Work Grippers (sold separately, 46902). Not only do you get a no-slip, no-mar work surface that is fixed firmly in place, but the additional height creates space for saw blades and router bits beneath the workpiece. Simply spin the Bench Cookies and they tighten themselves down, then add a final cinch for good measure.
